Sharing of Resource for Long-term Sustainability
In a world of limited natural resources, private accumulation and ownership of land is threatening the very essence of humanities wellbeing, exponentially increasing poverty, crime and leading to the destruction of the environment. It is therefore becoming essential that land is excluded from private ownership and becomes a resource strictly to be shared and managed for the greater good of humanity, organic and sentient life on the planet.
Therefore shared or communal land needs to be made available to the impoverished, communities for agriculture, commercial, light and heavy industry, to develop local economies capable of contributing to the wellbeing of their communities as a whole and the greater national interests.
